Trouble with SRAR for Rutgers

Hello.

I'm having some trouble filling out the SRAR (Self-Reported Academic Record) for Rutgers.

It asks you to select a course level for all of the courses that you have taken. For courses like physical education, health, and even electives that only have one level, should I select college prep or regular?

It also asks you to fill out a course title and an exact course name. My school names courses by putting the course's grade level right after the course's subject area. So instead of English 1, 2, 3, and 4, we have English 9, 10, 11, and 12. Instead of Physical Education 1, 2, 3, 4, we have Physial Education 9, 10, 11, and 12.

So for a course like English 11, English 11 would obviously be the exact course name, but what would I write for course title? As far as I can tell, my only two options are English 3 (which is what most other schools would call it), or "other course?"

Sorry if this is hard to read or in the wrong section. This is my time using this site.

For health and PE, I put regular. That’s because our school mandates that us students take those courses in order to graduate. However, I think electives should be college prep as long as your transcript says so. To be safe, I would mark Regular on a course you’re not sure about.

For courses that have minor discrepancies in the name, I would just put the name of the course as directly listed on the transcript. The drop box just gives suggestions and when you preview the SRAR before sending it in, you’ll find that they don’t even look at which selection you chose for the course title, just what you put in. So, it doesn’t really matter what you put for Course Title, because the adcoms won’t even see it.

Hope this helps!
