Hey. I've applied to nine colleges and all of them reply to my e-mails at most 2 days after I send them except from one... which hasn't replied to any of my e-mails (I've sent a few) and doesn't answer the phone calls (I tried to call them several times, as well). The application deadline was January 1 and I sent it on time. What should I do to contact them somehow? I still have to send them my SATs but I don't want to spend money on it until I know that they care about my application.

Why are you calling them? To test them? They are processing tens of thousands of applications. If you think their returning a call/email is an indication of their “not caring” about you, then that’s your prerogative. I think you’re demands are too high – Poland or not.

In addition to everything that T26E4 said, I can guarantee you that they won’t care about your application if you don’t send them your SAT scores.

Alright, I should’ve stated it in a bit different way. Long before the application deadline, I had a few questions regarding their policies, for example if they’re a bit lenient about the finaid deadline (I couldn’t file them before their deadline as I didn’t have all the required tax forms and my mom, which is my non-custodial parent, had so many duties she just needed some time to sort out my application stuff). I wanted to know if my application would be affected if I filed the finaid documents a bit later. I didn’t get a response so I just didn’t want to risk and didn’t send the SATs (my funds aren’t unlimited).

Besides, every other school answered my e-mails and phone calls sooner or later, so I assumed it’s a standard for every institution which takes its applicants seriously.
