Troubling Tracking Report

<p>So I UPSed my scholarship app to WashU a few days ago to arrive today in the morning, and the tracking report says this:
8:44 A.M. THE RECEIVER IS ON A HOLIDAY. DELIVERY WILL BE ATTEMPTED WHEN THE RECEIVER RETURNS </p>

<p>Should I be worried about this at all?</p>
