Trying for fully funded MBA...aiming too high or too low?

I’m aiming to apply for business school for the next admissions cycle (starting school in 2018). I want to do a full-time MBA program and I am aiming to get enough scholarship/fellowship/or a TA so that the cost will be minimal or free for me. Stats are below – would I be competitive at the schools listed for the top end of the scholarship pool? And would it be worth it to apply to any higher tier schools if I can’t attend without funding assistance?

Undergrad: Northwestern
Undergrad major: Communication with minors in business and marketing
Undergrad GPA: 3.7
GMAT: 750
Work experience: 3 years in an analytical role with Nielsen, working with consumer goods clients primarily. Lead internal team initiatives and have great support/recommendations from my managers and higher level colleagues.
Target Schools: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Washington
Additional info: I am a woman and LGBT and plan to apply to separate scholarships specific to these as well. Involved in the LGBT business group in my area. Not sure if these would have an impact on my scholarship competitiveness.
