Trying to apply to colleges. Please evaluate me? (Especially Vanderbilt and USC people)

So I’m here trying to ED to Vanderbilt. (ED 1 particularly). Please give me a “chance me” evaluation. Preferably if you were a Vanderbilt matriculant, that’d be even better. Also please answer: Do AP scores factor into admissions? Not the class but the scores (1,2,3,4,5). My AP really screws me down and my GPA showed a downward trend in terms of unweighted GPA. 9th grade: 4, 10th grade: 3.8, 11th grade: 3.6-ish

Note: Also Evaluate me in scale of UC chances (Specifically LA, Berkeley, Santa Barbara, Irvine) as well as USC

Let’s get to that later

Vandy is a big time reach for you. It is for everyone, just about, but I don’t see you as standing out. Like you said, those AP scores aren’t going to help you. If there is a reason that vandy is your dream school (which I don’t see), then sure, got for it, and hope the ED thing puts you over the top. But I have a feeling. That you might be wasting your ED chance on too big a reach. USC is somewhat more realistic.
