School of Biological Sciences
Biological Sciences
Ecology and Evolutionary Biology
College of Health Sciences
Nursing Science
Public Health Policy
Public Health Sciences

I'm not a bio major, so I'm not an expert on this. However, just so you know, you'd take pretty much the same classes first year for each of those. So, it doesn't really make sense to pick whichever is "easiest." Just pick whichever you want to major in, and you can declare a different major later quite easily.

for the first two years (aka lower division) all your bio/chem classes are going to be the same. after that, you can declare what type of bio you want to study (biochem, neuro bio, etc etc).

i can tell u right now that the acceptance rate for nursing science is really low. i think u should just stick to school of biological sciences because u will hae junior year to declare a more specific bio track.
