Trying to figure out where to transfer

Hey guys, I'm a freshman at the Illinois Institute of Technology and looking to transfer somewhere else. I really want to like my school, it's a really nice place. But I really just don't fit into the social scene at all.

Transfer app stats:

Current School: IIT
Entering as: Sophomore in 2011 Fall
High School GPA:3.1 unweighted 3.6 weighted
College GPA:4.0/4.0

my classes:
Intro to BME
Circuit Analysis
Physics 2
Organic Chemistry
Programming

SAT/ACT Scores: 800W/740M/740R
34

God only knows how I got an 800 on writing and a 740 on math.

SAT II Scores:
Chem - 800
Math 2 - 800
Math 1 - 740
Significant ECs:
Absolutely none. I am a national merit finalist though, if that counts for anything.
US/Intl:
US Citizen, but Indian (Indian like India).

I was thinking of applying to:

-Cornell
-Northwestern
-Wash U

Any suggestions/comments?

did you participate in any ECS in college? While it is great to have good grades and SAT scores, I think colleges also want to see that you’ve done stuff other than just academics. If you have participated in a few clubs or something, then I think you have a chance at your three listed colleges. Your high school GPA is a little low, so you might want to wait another year and apply as a junior transfer when your high school record doesn’t matter.

Chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/transfer-students/1040444-chances-suggestions-please.html
