What do I need to do to get into Boston University, I know I have to improve my math score on the SAT.

SAT- 1850 (CR:680 Math:570, Writ:600)
GPA- Cumulative is between 3.0-3.3 (probably leaning a little to 3.0) and I'm taking the IB programme with HL Math, HL Physics, and HL English, hardest courses in my school, the only IB school in my area. I don't know how to weight my GPA though.
SAT II- Literature: 630 (going to take it again and probably Physics as well)

Extracurricular: U-19 National Cricket Team, Volunteering at Hospital and Crisis Centre, Prefect, Grade 3 Royal Schools of Music Piano (Going to be Grade 4 next year) Practical. I play chess and am in the top 50 players in the country but I'm not sure how these extracurriculars will be counted, since the sports is not popular, and I'm not a genius at piano.

I will have good recommendations from my teachers I'm sure, but I still think Boston University might be too much of a reach, if it is how about University of Miami?
