Have you been formally tested within the past 3 years by a certified testing center, doctor or university clinic (usually half the price)? Every person who has AD/HD has different challenges and therefore benefits from learning different skills. These are skills that will help you not only in school but throughout your life.

If you tested positive, you should qualify federal learning assistance at school:
[Students with Disabilities Preparing for Postsecondary Education](Students with Disabilities Preparing for Postsecondary Education)

Check with your school’s academic advising, disability services, etc. to determine what benefits are offered.

Check out the library for books such as “Driven to Distraction”, “More Attention, Less Deficit: Success Strategies for Adults with AD/HD”, among others.

Surf these websites:
[Adult ADD](http://adultadd.info/)
[Attention Deficit Disorder Association](http://www.add.org/?)

Good Luck!
