Trying to transfer help me please

I am currently a student at Franklin and Marshall College, and simply don't like the students nor the school in general. Its not as liberal as it plays out to be. A lot of selfish, unworldly, misnformed, rich kids.

I currently have a 3.3 GPA (freshman first semester killed me), but that should improve after next semester. My SAT was 1850 (always been a horrible standardized test take who got good/solid grades) and got a 3.4 high school GPA. I am trying to transfer for either the spring 10' semester or possibly fall 10' for my junior and senior years. I went to a northeastern prep school played three varsity sports, board member of the economics club, played four years of cello in the school orchestra.

At f&m I play a varsity sport, and if transferring to a D3 school would continue that sport. But I most likely would not continue the sport if I transferred to a D1 school. What would be my chances at getting in as a transfer to these schools (I have read up on the acceptance rates but some outside input would be helpful):
