Trying to transfer into UIUC for computer science, chance me?

Hey guys, so I'm looking to transfer into UIUC for computer science some time around next year (from my current university's computer science program), I was wondering if you guys could tell me what my chances are? Here are my stats:
GPA: 3.92/4.00 (1 A- and 1 B-, rest all A's), will possibly be higher at the time of application as I'm taking a summer class (so about 3.93 ish)

EC's: -Internship at intel as a validation engineer/technicial (summer after freshman year)
-Currently interning at hewlett packard as a software engineer (for the summer)
-4 years of being on a first tech challenge robotics team in high school, went to national championships twice
-Will maybe have another prestigious internship under my belt at the time that I apply
-Spent a year on my current schools mars rover robotics team (competing in the university rover challenge)
-various other coding / programming side projects (don't know how much this matters)

I can get excellent letters of recommendation from my teachers, and employers (if your allowed to get them from employers. My concerns are however that I am applying from out of state. Also, at the time I apply, I will have a little over 70 hours of credit from my current school(im assuming its not all transferrable though), but A good chunk of this is from a community college in portland oregon, so Im hoping those wont transfer either. I am attempting to transfer in from oregon state university.

Out of State is not relevant, but they try to fill available slots with UIUC transfers, if possible (meaning a good GPA from UIUC will be weighed against a good GPA from your community college). GPA looks good, but without knowing how many hours will transfer, and, here’s the clincher, knowing whether any, or many spots are available in the program to be filled no one can tell you your chances. The less hours that transfer, the more they begin to look at whether you would have gotten into the program as a beginning freshman, meaning they will look at your standardized test scores more, the fewer hours that transfer.
