Some are big reaches but my act will probably improve. Thoughts?

Duke and Chicago are reaches, probably not gonna happen. Minny, UIUC, and UW-Madison, you should pretty easily get into. Now usually if I saw that you had a 3.86 GPA and 30 ACT, I would instantly say you are a pretty sure bet for Michigan and NYU. However, that class rank is pretty low considering your numbers and the courseload looks far from the most difficult you could have taken. That’s why I would have to say you’re borderline for both. If you’re IS for Michigan, I would say it’s a match but I don’t know for sure so I’m assuming you’re OOS.

I’ve done honors fresh soph and one ap. Which is all that is available. And then this year as a junior I taking 3 aps and then next year I’ll take 3 more probably. AP classes at my school mostly start junior year. I don’t know if that has an affect on things
