What would my chances be?

I applied in Late October for Petroleum Engineering as an International Student from an American International School in Asia. I just need to send in my essay and my transcripts as of now.
SAT composite score 1300 ( 700 Math and 600 Critical Reading)
SAT combined score 1950 with 650 writing ( My School’s Average is 1730)
I am doing the IB so am predicted around 35-37 out of 45
There is no class rank for my school because we have less than 55 students and only around 40 are doing the IB
My career gpa is around 2.8/4.0 nonweighted and my school doesn’t weight (B- average in tough rigorous courses)

I think your application is very strong, except for your low gpa. I think that’s the only thing that might pose a problem. Is there a specific reason why your gpa is so low?

Yeah, its been bothering me a lot. If I had a 3.5 or higher, life would have been so much easier. Most of my grades are around 82%. Also, Life is really tough here even as expats.

CBaterseh, what program are you doing at Tulsa and where did you go for High School?

Anyone hear back from Tulsa that applied Early Action? They said they would let people know toward the end of November.

I think letters might be going out this week.

Is anyone else here interested in the Arts Management degree? I am thinking of either studying that or Marketing if I decide to go to Tulsa. I visited last month and was very, very impressed when I attended a Marketing class.
