<p>Hi I was wondering if my "profile" is good enough for any of these schools! I'm a black male going into my senior year.
I have a 3.75 GPA (unweighted). (~4.16 weighted)
I got a 28 on the ACT (taking it again for hopefully a 30).
I took AP Gov and I'm taking AP Calc, Bio, and English next year, maybe Physics (our school doesn't offer many =[ )
I'm VP of NHS (11th-12th)
I'm a section leader in our show choir (10th-12th)
I'm team captain of academic challenge (11th-12th).
I'm on student newspaper (11th-12th)
I did concert choir (10th)

<p>You need to improve on your ACT score, to the 30 you’re talking about, and maybe take the SATs and score around a 1900 for a chance at BU/Tufts. However, you’re gonna need a higher average and around a 33-34/2100 to be competitive for Wesleyan</p>
<p>Okay! And I was recently talked into taking the SAT, it means I’ll need subject tests too! And it sucks I’m RIGHT UNDER yet so far away! Thank you!</p>

<p>You will get into BU. Their admission rate is >50%, and your ACT is in their mid range.</p>
<p>you’re gonna need higher than a 1900 for Tufts. Think more along the lines of 2100-2250.</p>
<p>I’m not sure that Tufts has much in the way of pre-vet stuff. The Vet school is not located on the Medford/Sommerville campus where the rest of the undergraduate college is. I could be wrong, though. You should investigate.</p>
<p>Look to up your standardised test scores and you should be ok for BU. For Tufts and Wesleyan, it depends on your luck and your essays.</p>

<p>BU yes, but probably not to the other two. You’ll need to get close to a 32-33 or 2150-2200 if you want to be competitive for the two reaches. </p>

<p>BC is a reach, along with Tufts and Wesleyan. Do you have matches and safeties on your list?</p>
<p>So I hae a chance? And yes College of William and Mary, Ohio state (LAST!) Maybe Hiram?? Do you have any liberal arts matches for me? Like suggestions; preferably in the northeast/new England area. Not south of VA.</p>
