[] Essays: I labored over these essays and rewrote them about 5000 times because Tufts was my first choice... I'm so shocked and thrilled that I got in among so many amazing and more qualified people but I think it might be because I sounded REALLY excited about Tufts in my essays (which is because I was). All my essays came from my heart though and were really genuine and honest.
[] Teacher Recs: Really nice =D
[] Counselor Rec: Didn't see it but probably good
[] Hook (if any): Maybe uniqueness of environmental studies major? other than that, absolutely nothing. I don't know what the admissions officers were thinking but YAY!!!!!!!

[/ul]Other Factors: Eh. Will attend Yes/No: Obviously not. General Comments: Did I catch the dreaded Tufts Syndrome? Either way, I think that the Tufts student body in terms of personality isn't as diverse as it could be and I guess I didn't fit that mold. It's just kind of funny how Tufts is seen as the school for "Ivy League rejects" and yet I ended up getting rejected to Tufts, but accepted to Dartmouth.

Waitlisted. Don't feel like filling out stats, but 2180 SAT, I'd say excellent essays, 99.1 GPA.

I'm actually kind of happy because it makes my decision to go to Barnard easy. Congratulations to all admitted and good luck to those waitlisted! :)

Accepted!!!!!!! It was my first choice too!!! After being rejected from my second, and waitlisted from my third, I was expecting a rejection here. But i'm soo happy now...

[] Will attend Yes/No/Undecided: Removing myself from waitlist ASAP
[] If attending, why Tufts:
[li] General Comments: Sorta surprised about this decision as well as others on this board. I may be bitter but I fully believe in Tufts Syndrome. Anyway, I would never attend a school that's not a CC Top University. :)[/li][/ul]
