@angelinagrimke Look up Tufts Admissions on Facebook. It’s posted on there.
@sciencenerd123 sorry I am such a luddite, figured out FB is Facebook
@angelinagrimke haha no problem
oh my fking god why am i so nervous my hands are sweating like crazy
i feel you, i know it’s hard listening to what others have to say to make you feel better but there are just so many factors that go unaccounted for that you really can’t be too hard on yourself, no matter what the decision is. everything eventually works out
I know, I’m freaking out! Fingers crossed for all of you <3. We’ll all end up where we need to be in the end. Hard to hear right now, but I firmly believe this is true. Everything will be just fine.
guys, I have been emailing the admissions committee and my admission counselor with my non-tax filer’s statement since the first of feb and no one replied to me until now. Will that be a disadvantage for me? marking my application as incomplete? * other files including the financial aid application were received before and the FAA contains the income info included in the statement. However, I’m still concerned from the fact of having “missing credentials” on my portal.
@Adel291 I do not have a midyear transcript sent in nor do I have completed financial aid info; neither are required until a certain deadline. (2/15 for midyear report) I would not worry about not having financial aid statements done, it just means that you might not receive an aid decision until a little later.
@18trahis thanks, bro. I just checked the portal now and found that the file was uploaded yesterday late at night. Let’s hope for the best. pretty excited and worried.
@Adel291 I don’t think financial aid stuff will affect your admission. My school doesn’t have midyear transcripts done yet…I hope that’s OK. Seems like the case for some other people as well, so I’m glad that I’m not alone.
Responses are confirmed to be tomorrow.
I’m about to catch this L
I am sweating and hyperventilating already haha. Good luck to everybody. Just don’t forget, like @sciencenerd123 said, whatever happens is what is best for us and wherever we end up is where we are meant to be. I hope I get to meet all of you next year.
Do all decisions come out at 3 pm or do northern kids get it at 3 then those down south get it around 7?
@emis2018 We do not have a specific time yet. It will probably come out around 4 or 5 PM EST
I don’t think the panic has truly set in until now. In 24 hours, we will know whether or not we got in. Ahhhhhhhhh :(.
anyone knows the specific hour? or should we wait?
In my ED1 college decision day, someone called the admission officers and they told him the specific timing. If anyone can do this and tell us, that would be helpful.
In 2017 ED2 came out at 3PM.
In 2016 ED2 came out at 2:30PM.
Ahh for me school ends at 2:30 and I’m staying after for StudGov & Civil Rights Team today so I probably won’t get home til 4:30 yikes. If it is the same this year, then I probably will find out at school :/. I feel a little nauseous.
Good luck to everybody!
This year ED1 came out at a little after 12 PM PST.
