What are my chances?

I see you are applying to NYU Stern. For UVA, were you looking into McIntire? And for Emory, Goizueta? UMich Ross Preferred?

For UVA, Emory, and UMich I’m doing Arts and Sciences. The only business schools I’m applying are Stern and BC Carrol. Thanks so much for replying!

Your profile is not exactly detailed (not that it should be- since this is an online forum), and I am a high school senior myself. As a result, I can only give you my amateur opinion based on what I have read, heard from people I know, and seen my friends experience. My perspective may not be accurate, so please do take it all with a grain of salt.

I will only comment on schools which I know about:

Tufts (ED): Low Reach

Cornell (ED): Reach

Vassar: Reach

Barnard: Low Reach

UMich: Low Reach (you are out-of-state)

BC Carroll: Low-Mid Reach (Business program at BC is really competitive from what I heard)

NYU Stern (RD): Reach (I think you might be able to boost your chances if you ED here, but that is just me)

I do not have remotely enough knowledge to give even a half-competent opinion on the others, sorry.

Thanks so much for taking the time! I’ve been researching a lot but it’s really nice to get another student’s perspective on this. You’ve been much help :)

No prob, good luck!

Huehuehue missed some info.
I’m an Asian woman.
Passionate, detailed, quirky essays (good hopefully).
Good recs from teachers that adore me and one that went to BC.
