Tufts FA - hopefully not a repeat of last year?

I posted a similar thread to the financial aid forum but hopefully the answers will be more Tufts-specific here.

Basically, as we all know, due to the financial crisis last year Tufts had to suspend its need-blind policy for the last 10% or so of its applicants. Is there any indication at all that something similar will occur this year? I'm assuming that Tufts' financial situation has stabilized somewhat by now...Does the university still have the same FA policy that they did before?

I'm really interested in Tufts, and I'd hate to think that I could be part of that unfortunate 10% : (

I thought it was 5% last year, but in any event, I do not believe that Tufts has ever been so rich that it has been able to commit to being 100% need blind. That is usually left for the really wealthy schools with monstrous endowments.
Tufts tries to be need blind as far as its resources will permit, but its resources have limits. Moreover, when decisions are made about how to allocate limited FA dollars, Tufts feels committed to helping the existing students (i.e., this year’s freshmen, sophomores and juniors) first.
