Tufts for transfer?

<p>I currently attend UW Madison and am planning on studying Chinese. I live in Boston, and I have found that being so far from home is difficult for me, and I'm not sure if a big school is right for me. I got into Tufts, and was wondering if anyone knows anything about their Chinese program?</p>
