~~~~tufts....interview~~~
did anyone here apply to tufts...did they send you an email about the interview...are you going? has anyone already went? do you know if you HAVE to go?
come please someone help??? im SO scared
Tufts usually assigns their applicants interviews whether they want it or not. I highly advise going to the interview. There really isn't anything to be afraid of.
I just got in ED I, did my interview in late Nov. Anyway, they call you, usually, not email you, and you should have a place on your TAMS page with the local chair in case no one contacts you. As for the interview, be yourself, show lots of interest in Tufts, but only if it's genuine, and ask questions, etc...that's about it, be yourself.
can you tell me some of the questions you were asked?
how long was your interview? and what were your sat scores/class rank/gpa...and why did you choose tufts for early decision...sorry if im asking too much...you dont have to answer
They sent me a letter and a short while later someone contacted me for one. Mine is on Wednesday! I'd also appreciate any advice, tips, etc.
goodluck jess!!! tell me how it goes!
anyone else have advice?!
this is the email they sent me...the problem is they havent gotten ANY of my stuff yet except sat score...and the common application(not even the supplement part)
Hi Morgan
Please contact me ASAP to schedule an admissions interview. Please call 201-907-5000.
Thank you
Alice Campos for
Samuel L. Davis, Tufts University Chairperson
Yeah I applied almost two weeks ago and haven't received anything from Tufts, yet I have received stuff from the other colleges I applied to the same day. Is this normal?
Morgan- do you email them about the interview or did they interview you?
they emailed me
They e-mailed me too. I'm really nervous about it. Do you think it'll be a big factor in admissions?
Good luck jess0128!! :)
Thanks for the luck everyone, I'll let you know how it goes! loudnoises, I really don't think it affects your decision that much...unless you majorly screw it up, lol.
