Hi. I have a question for the transfer admission of Tufts. Im an international student at community college and want to apply to Tufts as a transfer student. I thought that I did not need SAT II for the transfer admission, but they say on their website that if SAT II scores are available, we ask that those be forwarded as well. Does this mean that I actually need to submit SAT II? I think that I will be rejected if I do not submit the scores.

I'd say that probably 95%--if not more!--of Tufts' transfers come from universities, and those kids all have SAT II scores. If you're at a community college, you better make yourself as comparable to those students as possible, and the SAT II is probably one way to make you more competitive. In any case, the competition will be steep. If you search CC, you'll see that the transfer admit rate is rather low. However, if you post on the Tufts thread you will get more responses.

According to your other posts on CC you go to University of Toronto. That's not a community college! Can you explain, I'm a little confused?

Yes, I'm a student at U of T, and transferred from CC to here. But I really hate here, and it's kind of annoying to write so, that's why I wrote as CC student. Sorry for confusion and thank you for your response.
