Tufts University Engineering Admission

Hello. I applied to Tufts for the class of 2014. I applied to the College of Engineering for Biomedical Engineering. After I applied, I realized that the college of engineering recommended that applicants take the chemistry or physics SAT subject tests, however, I only took Biology. When I called them the admissions office said that even though i didn't take the test, they would still consider me as an applicant to the college of engineering. The college of engineering (500 seats) is much more selective than the college of arts and sciences (3000 seats). So, I was thinking about changing my application and applying to the College of Arts and sciences instead as a Biology major. Will not taking the SAT 2 chem/physics hurt my chances for engineering at Tufts? and should I switch to college of arts and sciences?
