Tufts vs Wellesley

Hello all!
I’m a transfer student debating between Tufts (A&S) and Wellesley College. I’m a rising sophomore who wants to double major in Computer Science and Economics, and somehow fit in Statistics into the mix (either a special joint major with Economics or a minor).
I do want to go to graduate school, and am interesting in machine learning/data science. While Tufts has a good program, I also know that you can take classes and earn certificates with Olin and MIT at Wellesley.
Where do you think is best for my interests from a purely academic standpoint?
Thank you!

Wellesley is definitely academically strong in the areas you wish to study & has an awesome reputation with graduate schools. I would caution you that cross registering is challenging & time consuming. I would strongly suggest you speak to someone at Wellesley to make sure that you will still be able to accomplish all that you want to do (i.e. certificate programs?) in three years as a transfer – maybe contact a Dean. Check with Olin & MIT too, to be sure. Good luck.
