New 2012-2013 tuition and fees were posted yesterday on FSU website - registrar/finance section.

In-State undergrad tuition & fees now $212.09 per credit hour.

Only $212?

I think I calculated it out with a best guess last night (since I hadn’t found this yet) and I was at $218 after fees for what I figured a credit hour would cost (based off the 13% increase that was recently approved). Even if it’s only $6 per credit hour, I’m glad to see that I was over.

Don’t forget to also tack on another $25 per semester:
$20 Student Facilities Use Fee
$5 FSU Card Fee

Thank you for posting this though! This is amazingly helpful.

does anyone know when it will show up in the payments due section? I see the deadline is there but there’s no amount for how much is due.

also, is Bright Futures the same amount this year?

New Per Credit Amounts:

FL Academic Scholars: $100.00 (FLAT RATE)
FL Medallion/Vocational Gold Seal: $75.00 (FLAT RATE)

No clue when it will show up in our accounts. I would think though sometime next week.

And yeah, Bright Futures got that $1/credit hour cut this year. I’m not sure what the point of that is, to be honest. The amount is saves per student is inconsequential (~$35 max, I think, per year?). I guess when you factor that in with every student that gets it, that it starts to add up, but still…

it’s up now.
