I put in my tuition deposit via e-check about a week ago. However, on the CAESAR page, the option to make the payment is still visible. I was wondering how to check if Northwestern received my payment and how long it takes to update that. Thanks, probably no big deal, but was just wondering.

I am guessing you have a couple of options…
- Chill
- Check your account online to see if it has been cashed.
- If it has been cashed, but not yet credited to your account, contact Student Services.
- If has not yet been cashed, double check the address you loaded into your online banking service to see if it is correct. If it is correct…then…either chill or call Student Services.
and then we return to number One…Chill
Hang in there, it is probably nothing more than waiting for data entry. CONGRATULATIONS!

I think accounts are only updated on a monthly basis. I’m a parent so I can’t see the info on CAESAR, but on Northwestern quikpay, when I pay tuition or other miscellaneous charges the account doesn’t show my payment until the following month.

On CAESAR click my account under financial services and then click “my unapplied deposits” and it should be there. I would contact student financial services if it’s not.

QUESTION: Can we mail the tuition deposit in? (Like via snail mail)

Glenny~
Yes, you can snail mail your check for your tuition deposit. I encourage you to send it certified, so that you can have proof that you have sent it for your records.

Thank you for the help. I saw the payment under unapplied deposits.
