We are in a unique situation. Completely paid tuition for my daughter as part of pre-paid and left the state. Now she got admitted in to 7 year medical program. Her tuition and boarding is already paid now. The instate vs out of state tuition for FAU medical school has big difference. The medical school is saying she is resident as long as there is money in prepaid plan. It’s not clear what that means. Instate tuition for medical school is 25 K per year. We only have paid $14k.
Has any one in this situation ? Also, are there any ways to become legally resident for Florida considering she will be staying there for 7 years ? Thanks
