<p>Just curious, is it possible to make tuition and the cost of college manageable as a transfer student, or did you pretty much screw yourself. Most schools have really good incoming freshman scholarships but not enough to make $35 affordable.</p>

<p>There are substantially fewer merit scholarships for transfers than for fr admits and they are generally for less money. See the Resources sticky thread for a link to a thread listing colleges with merit aid for transfers.</p>
<p>FA for transfers is the same as for fr at some schools, and not as good as for fr at others. You need to research the schools you’re interested in to see what their FA policies are for transfers.</p>
