I know some private schools let you pay for all 4 years at a time so to avoid tuition hikes in the future. After hearing about the proposed tuition increases for next year, my parents want to pay for it all now.</p>
<p>no. you can only pay whats billed to BAR. and tuition is billed before each quarter for that quarter only.</p>
