Anyone know when tuition will be up on SIS?

July 15th I think.

Here is a link for this information:

[Student Payment Information](http://www.virginia.edu/studentaccounts/student_payment.html)

For undergrads:
Bill date: 7/18/11
Due date: 8/18/11

Last year SIS put tuition, room, meal plan, fees, etc. up in phases.

Make sure you check your meal plan. If you do not select one it will automatically put you in for the 15. You only have so much time to put in a change form-which can be done online-if you do not want this plan. However, note that you will have two charges at once for two meal plans. You have to be vigilant and check to make sure that one of them comes off. If it does not within a week or so just call and they are very helpful with getting this corrected.

Another link with all costs:

[Tuition & Fee Schedule](http://www.virginia.edu/studentaccounts/tuition_and_fee2011-2012.html#UndergradVA)

Just scroll down or click on the blue check. These costs are per semester.

If you’re on school-funded aid, such as the Access program (or any other grant), will those fees be taken out of your student account automatically (once your aid posts)?
In other words, do I have to worry about them once they appear, since I’m on aid?

(Thanks so much in advance)

I read “All awards are automatically applied to the payment of tuition, fees, room rent, and meal plans approximately 10 days prior to the start of each term” on the UVa site.
So, will there be a hold or anything similar to a hold be placed on my account until aid is applied?

(again, thanks for any help!)

Tuition and fees are up for upperclassman on SIS today. Do not know about meal plan and housing since they are living off campus.

You can see the breakdown of fees reflected by going to “Account Activity”. As a first-year student my sons shows the comprehensive fees, meal plan, orientation fee, tuition, and activity fee. The housing is not yet reflected.
