Hey guys, so today in the mail I received a letter from Tulane stating that my application fee was waived. I was very happy to see this, but also a little puzzled as to why they would offer this to me. First of all, my stats are slightly below their averages and second, I have shown no interest whatsoever in Tulane. So my question is why would they decide to give me a free application if my stats are lower than average? Thanks for reading guys :)

I don’t think Tulane charges an app fee at all, to anyone.

That is weird, considering Tulane’s application is free.

Actually my son got a similar letter, saying he could apply with no application fee. He was also invited to apply for some of their scholarships, however we decided that Tulane is not a great match for him so we are not applying there at all. It’s an interesting school though, so you might check into it!

Love Tulane and NOLA. Lots of merit to lots of students. Great food and entertainment. Good education and smart classmates.
