Tulane certification of finance problem- desperate for advice

Hi, I am an international student and I’m about to apply to Tulane with Early action choice. I was about to send my application last night until I read the note in tulane certification of finance, which is provided above

I don’t know if US students need to fill this form, but international students do. So as you see it says that int students must demonstrate at least 47820$ in their bank account although they might get some scholarships later.
However my problem is that my family cannot have enough 47820 now in their bank account. Actually I just rely on financial aid and scholarship to study in the US. I have not expected that family must demonstrate more that 40000$ whether they receive the aid/scholarships or not. I’m pretty panicked now :frowning: I just thought that once the students get accepted, the school will notify them the amount of fin aid + scholarship and then come up with the final amount of money the students need to pay… What can I do in my situation :frowning: ? I have tried to borrow some money of my relatives, but I don’t know if I can have enough money before the deadline of early action, which is 4 days ahead :frowning:

Do you have at least $47820 to pay your first year fees? If not, just fill out how much you can pay.

They need to ensure that you can pay bc they may not provide any aid to you. Not all schools do.
