Do you get an email first to let you know the decision ? Or letter?

Usually no email, although a couple have people have said they got one. I wonder if what they meant was they saw it on the Gibson portal, because Tulane typically has not sent emails, just the decision on the portal followed by a paper letter. But certainly an individual admissions officer could decide to send out an email, I suppose.
Seems to me decisions might start going out towards the end of this week. Just a feeling. Obviously they have to go out within 2 weeks.

I think they send them out in waves. I got a letter over the weekend, and it said accepted!

Ah this is so frustrating! I applied to Tulane on a whim because hey, the app was free, but I’ve really grown to like the school’s location and the fact that it’s so vivacious!

Well I submitted all of my things except my SSR in like November. My SSR was uploaded Jan 15. Comm/Bus major.
