Same here. Iā€™m just gonna expect the worst.

I donā€™t want to get excited. The let-down will be dramatic.

Well that is upsetting lmao

Oh guys, I figured it out. The page that @sunfairchild213 is referring to is the home page of the portal, not the application itself. If you look up ā€œgreen wave portalā€ and log in from there, it will show the page that they are talking about. No need for anyone to worry!

Is that why everyone thought the checklist disappeared? Iā€™ve always logged in through the email.

Yes and if you click the early application link on that page, you get the page the rest of us have been looking at.

When I go through Green Wave, I see the Early App Link but when I click the link the checklist is completely gone and page looks different. Iā€™ve always logged in though Green Wave, clicked Early App Link and checklist was there. Today is the first day it disappeared. Not sure it means anything ā€¦ just different.

These portal questions happen every year and I am not sure they have ever meant anything. By this time, they have to have figured out any quirks in these portals to make sure decisions donā€™t come out before they are supposed to.

Does anyone know the acceptance rate for EA? I feel like they admitted so many people during ED

I donā€™t know exact numbers, but I do remember them saying on the tour they fill most of their class with EDs and EAs. Basically leaving very few for RD.

Guys if u apply for aid, but donā€™t submit a CSS profile, do they not even review your application?

They surely have received your application and will review it. However, you will be contacted for providing CSS profile when SFO works on your case after you are admitted.

Tulane has this published:

  • Reside in Louisiana
  • Attend or have graduated from a Louisiana high school at the time of application
  • Achieve a 31+ score on the ACT (or a 1450 on the redesigned SAT)
  • Have a 3.6+ core GPA (unweighted, 4.00 scale with 4 points for every A, 3.667 for every A-, 3.333 for every B+, 3 for every B, etc) at the time of application in English, foreign language, science, social science, and college preparatory mathematics courses taken while in high school
  • Complete 4 years of English, 3 years of social sciences, 3 years of lab science, 3 years of mathematics, and 2 years of foreign language
  • Have no prior college attendance after high school graduation
  • Have no suspensions, expulsions, or disciplinary violations

Louisiana Guaranteed Admission applies to Early Decision only. No students will be eligible for guaranteed admission when reviewed in the Early Action or Regular Decision round.

I am definitely qualified but I did not apply ED because I also applied for Service Academies.

This scared me but then I realized this is for Louisiana residents only

is everyoneā€™s option to switch to EDII missing? I know last year some said this means admitted but not trying to read anything into it.

Mine is gone.
