<p>jmmom, I really feel for you and your family. I have a good friend here in town who I just saw this morning at the gym. Her daughter is a senior at Tulane and just spent the past semester at home going to SMU. Her son is a Tulane freshman and spent this semester at Rhodes, but it didn't work out for him. My friend, from the information she is getting, strongly believes that her son should NOT go back to Tulane. Her daughter will go back and finish her degree. Not sure what will wind up happening with the son- there are other issues there besides the state of Tulane and NO.</p>
<p>jmmom--so sorry to hear about the severe cutbacks, I had no idea. That really makes it difficult to know what to do.</p>
