It seems that for at least two years, Tulane misreported admissions data for the business school's MBA program to US News.
Tulane University Sent False Information To U.S. News & World Report For College Rankings
The reprocussions can range from a being unranked (as was recently the case with GW) or a "slap on the wrist" as was the case with a couple of LACs. Let's hope it is the latter.

True, and this is really unfortunate. We will just have to see how this happened and/or who was responsible. But it is only the MBA program, as far as I know. Hopefully they wouldn’t have released this news without having already checked the other schools’ accuracy. And given that it was likely some individual within the Business School, which has nothing to do with undergraduate admissions, probably there are no other issues. In fact, I have always been impressed and pleased that Tulane seems to report their data honestly, such as average GPA on a 4.0 scale, rather than the games some other schools play.

But no one that comes to this site is looking at grad programs, it is virtually 100% people looking at undergrad admission, so I think the effect should be very minimal. Heck, Emory and GW both were for undergrad reporting transgressions, and it hasn’t seemed to have actually hurt them.
