<p>I am originally from Turkey, but I am studying in an advanced private high school with scholarship for 2 years...
I got 3.67 GPA with some advanced (IB Physics) and some poor classes (Precalculus)
I got 83 in TOEFL and 23 in ACT(30 Math)
I played football, I was the founder of Web Dev. Club in my school, I also play in concert band and drum line, participated media and visual art projects.
My dream is to get in UMASS Amherst, I am not sure if I can get in with my current scores and activities, but I will also need scholarship! because I can't afford it. I am also applying to ASU, San Jose State University, Drexel.</p>
<p>What do you guys think? Can I get in? or how can i get scholarships ?</p>

<p>You would not get any financial aid from UMASS. Only eligible non-citizens would qualify for available federal aid and it doesn’t sound like you would qualify. Check the website of each college you are interested in. SJSU will not give you aid, they only aid California students and students who qualify for federal aid.</p>

<p>For one thing, some of those schools don’t give aid to int’ls.</p>
<p>The other issue is that your ACT is way too low. </p>
<p>At the schools that might give scholarships to int’ls, your composite ACT would need to be about a 30 or higher.</p>

I played football(American Football), I was the founder of Web Dev. Club in my school (I had a certificate from computer hardware/software competition in Turkey), I also play in concert band and drum line, I also have photography portfolio (certificated).
My family can afford 20,000$ per year for my college education. I am planning to major in Computer Science and I am looking for smaller universities which can give me high scholarships. </p>
<p>Can you guys recommend me some colleges which can offer high scholarship for international students in my position?

<p>Any chance you can raise that SAT score to above 30, preferably above 32? Any chance you could take the SAT?</p>
<p>I ll take the ACT again but I probably cant get higher than 30 :/</p>
