So I'm living in Tuscany this year and by checking out the website, everything looks gorgeous. However, after reading reviews online I'm kind of freaked out because reviews for the Tuscany seem to be pretty bad. Any opinions on these apartments??

A bit overrated, to be honest. My friend’s place had really dirty carpet (large, mysterious stains), etc, when she moved in… but overall, the place is nice/new-ish. You’d be better off @ Gateway.

It’s alright but its really not that great for how much it costs…

Checked it out during orientation and what we saw looked very nice. Beautiful lobby with security, apartments with balconies and freshly painted, gym, pool, party room, interior courtyard.

Far far far too expensive. Better to get an amazing place north of campus for the same cash, especially if you like going out, having friends, or studying in groups outside of the library. Most students live north of campus.

The apartment is just okay. Living there the past year made me think I paid a lot of money just for a simple place to stay. The gym is small and not that great, if you’re thinking about working out with free weights, there’s no power cage or whatever.

The management at Tuscany just sucks, straight up. For example, they didn’t close out my water bill when they said they would in person and in the e-mails they sent out. Now, NWP is bothering me about the water bill. Okay…I guess I will have to call Tuscany.

I’ve heard from people who toured Gateway that it’s really nice. No doubt it’s expensive (probably couple hundred more than Tuscany) but chances are it’s worth it.

gateway only has 1 and 2br i think

and the layout of tuscany is a lot nicer
