However, it would be wrong for you to insist that other people follow this code of ethics you have set for yourself, especially since the test administrator has no problem with the situation. Yes, there are people who write about factually accurate events, people, instances, whatever and receive high essay scores. I am one of them. There are also people who make up facts and also receive high essay scores and nothing you can do aside from taking over collegeboard and implementing a new factuality in essays policy will change that. You are indeed correct that society has laws in order to discourage behavior that is considered to be detrimental to the common good. The fact that collegeboard has not implemented rules about factual accuracy in its essays should indicate that using fabricated examples is not something that it considers to be detrimental.</p>
