Hey guys,
I am currently working at Kumon, and have been considering switching jobs. I know I am not learning much by grading papers. Would private tutoring, tutoring through an organization(Kumon or through my community college) or volunteering to tutor be most worthy to UCs?
I also plan to become a teacher.

Definitely - that job seems to fit extremely well with your career goals. I would touch on that in your personal statement when you apply (assuming you haven’t applied yet).

What I meant to say was that I haven’t done most of these yet. Which activities would appeal to UCs - private tutoring, tutoring through a center, or volunteering (as a tutor)?
I’m sorry for being so vague. 
Ohhh, I don’t know, maybe a center because it’s more legit sounding. And you have to go through an interview.
