I have already taken the ACT twice and the first time I took it I scored a 29 and the second time I scored a 28. For those two tests I studied on my own. I really want to score above a 30 so I am planning to take the ACT again in September and maybe October. I always do really bad on the Math and Science section (I usually score in the mid-twenties so 24-27). Should I get a tutor or should a buy another ACT Prep book and practice a lot? I have already done the Princeton Review book and I thought it was really helpful. Are there any Prep books that are really good at covering the Math and Science section?

Here's the sub-score for my 29 ACT, just for reference
Math - 25
Science - 27
English - 31
Reading - 33
