Tutoring people for $ in high school?

<p>Well you’d probably have to do 100+ hours to make a difference in scholarship applications (or maybe I’m being naive), and at the going rate of ~$20-25/hr you would already be making a serious amount of money. I’d rather take the money up front. Also, many schools deduct financial aid if you get outside scholarships, so even if you get a scholarship that’s worth say $5k, you might lose some grants.</p>

<p>^ I see, so you recommend charging fees secretly! Charge a little less than the current rate but make it a “no1 else has to know about this” transaction so u can also rack up volunteer hours. I like the way u think ThisCouldBeHeavn!</p>
