Tutoring

I want to volunteer to tutor kids (i'm a high school student currently) but i can't find any oppurtunities where teens can teach others...i'm looking for a place in boston or Massachusetts....

Ask your school or local library. Those are the only places I can think of where one can volunteer to tutor.

heres a website for volunteer opportunities..but i don't know if theres tutoring in there..you'll have to look

There are possibilities depending on the age range you want to tutor. For high school kids, you can approach your guidance counselor. In my school, there are also a couple clubs (NHS, Spanish Honor Society) that run tutoring programs. My target audience was different. A few months ago I had the idea of tutoring elementary school kids and began to start a club where high school kids would go to the elementary school and tutor them. The audience has changed to middle school kids (6th grade, specifically), but other than that it has worked flawlessly.
