TV in a triple/small double rooms

I can't seem to find any pictures/videos of triple or small double (2 people put in a room meant for a single) rooms at UCSB, so I'm not sure how big they are. I want to be in (preferably) a triple or a small double room because of the price, and a third person would be more fun. But I even more so want to be able to have a TV (around 24") to play games on. So would there be enough room in a triple or small double room for a 24" TV?

Also, does there seem to be an association with res hall and what major you are taking? For example, the Anacapa description says that the science building are right next to it, and the Santa Rosa description says the college of creative studies is right next to it. Are those halls filled with students of the major of the closest classes to it?

TV/Gaming:
I highly doubt you’ll be able to fit a 24" TV into your room. They’re usually smaller than you think they would be. Generally, there will be a TV in the “living room” of the dorm that I’m relatively sure you can hook up your gaming system to do so, but be wary that leaving it there would leave it up for someone to steal (or you can hook it up and take it down every gaming session, but that would be incredibly tedious). I wish to bring my system as well and was told not to bring it until you trust everyone in your dorm not to steal it (so… wait until after a quarter or two).

Major-building association:
That would make the most sense, huh? That majors are closest to their buildings However, regarding the living-learning communities that people can optionally participate in, and the buildings that are farthest away from the residential halls (the engineering quad, for one), I highly doubt that two people of the same major will be placed in the same room as each other. Whether they share the same wing or floor is a mathematical probability problem that I really do not wish to tackle. I doubt all of the engineers or all of the psychologists will inhabit the same floor or the same wing, or even the same room.
Also, generally, the first year or two of our college education will merely be fulfilling GE’s, with one or two classes per year that specifically concern our major, so… it would be beneficial to have people from other majors around us to increase the diversity of our education, as well as the diverse mentalities and interests of the various people we meet.
