So, I'm going to the US this fall for college... I'm still not sure about where I'm going but it will probably be Northeastern. Every year I watch the European Champion's league on TV and I don't wan't to miss it while in college. The only network which carries a channel that shows all matches plus other european soccer league matches is dishnetwork. I know this is a reach but would it be possible to have it installed while living in a residence hall?

where are you from?

i have no idea. i know that next year the cable will be automatically installed in all of the rooms, but as for getting a dishnetwork, you should probably contact someone that works at the school to see if it is possible.

I'm from southamerica. Well I just found out something nice, the Slingbox. You connect it to your tv and broadband at home and then connect a laptop to the internet and you can see your tv around the world on the laptop :O I'll get one of those to avoid the trouble of having to install dish. Thanks anyways :)
