TVs?

I'm an incoming freshman and my roommate and I are deciding about bringing a TV or not. I have this really old tiny one in my house that no one uses so it'd be easy enough to bring and my parents could bring it back (we're close enough) if it didn't fit or whatever, but is it even worth bringing? I can always watch my shows on the computer anyway and how much TV do college students even have time for? (We get cable 94 cable channels).

Looking for a tip from either someone who's had a TV in college or just someone who's already had at least a year of college.

Not an urgent question, just wondering.

I actually think I won’t bring it and only bring it if we decide we want it later. still open for opinions though

Depends on what kinda TV watcher you are. Do you really like to watch TV shows as soon as they air?

I’m assuming you’re living in either Mesa or Middle, and both of those facilities have TVs in their dorms. Plus, if you watch TV in the common area it’s a good way to make friends and socialize with your dormmates.

So yeah, unless you really need to have a TV I’d say wait it out and see if you really end up wanting to bring it in with you. Or maybe bring it in and see if it gets any use in like a month.

I had a TV freshman year and only thing I used it for was the occasional show and playing xbox. You don’t need it but if you have any console it’s worth it.
