Nope, I've never read it, and I never intend to read it; popular modern "teenage" lit has absolutely no appeal to me.

Some of my friends have read it (although a few of them can down your average 350 page novel in an hour easily, haha, so it wasn't too great a drain on their time) and said that it was a festering pile of dog****, so if I was never going to read before, I'm never EVER going to read it now... ;D

Ahhhh, this book can be seen in the hands of like every kid at my school! Okay, maybe not everyone, but the trend is definitely catching on. A few of my friends have told me to read it and I was thinking about it just so I could see what's so great about it. Sounds terrible to me though.

LOL VAMPIRES LOL SO ORIGINAL AND DARK AND EDGY
Did I forget to mention in my last post how much I hate this crap? Why do vampires always have to fight werewolves and date humans? At least most narrow genres' cliches make sense.

I thought it was good. But then again I go into young adult literature ("fun" books) purely for the plot. And my vocabulary isn't very amazing anyway. :X

And I'm a girl who loves love stories. Guys should take pointers from stuff like this and they would be perfect! Haha: a) be charming, b) be irresistibly gorgeous, c) be exciting and be kind of "dangerous," d) be genuine and romantic, e) as an added but unnecessary bonus, being really rich

f) be really creepy stalkerish, g) be a creepy vampire, h) wth?!?

Whilst reading Twilight, take a drink every time Stephenie Meyer uses some adjective to describe how beautiful Edward is ("god-like, dazzling, etc."). You'll be in the hospital with your stomach being pumped by chapter seven.

Seriously, the woman has not met an adverb or adjective she didn't love.

I don't hate Twilight. It consumed my life from when I was eleven, in 2005, until this past August, when the horror known as 'Breaking Dawn' was released.

Horribly written, but very cute and very very veeeery cheesy. I liked it, but some parts were almost painful to read. ): I had to force myself to get through Eclipse.

Twilight is one of my least favorite books. I've seldom seen worse writing: the plot is trite, and all characters are unrealistic and speak most unlike teenagers. Bella has no interests, no hobbies, no ambitions to go to college or pursue a career; all she wants is Edward, and she breaks down completely after he leaves her. She ignores all of her friends in order to be with Edward every waking (and sleeping) moment.
Twilight makes me sick.
