<p>I don’t think they allow that as check in is very busy with hundreds of kids checking in, finding their groups, etc. And my daughter would have been mortified if I had done that! She didn’t want me any where near her! And the room you are in for orienation is not the same room you will live in so it hardy would matter. If your parents are taking part in the family orintation they they will be there for the third day of orientation. I think we had a tour of the dorms as part of the parent orientation. If they are not attending orientation they can still arrange to do a housing tour as those are offered all the time.</p>
