iono if this is the right board to post the question but how long (more than 4 years?) does it take to graduate college with 2 degrees (say one in engineering and the other in biochem).

Depends on a lot of factors - what college you are going to, how much college credit you start with (ap's, CC classes, etc.), what kind of courseload you are trying to handle, etc. See if you can talk with an academic adviser or admissions counselor - they will probably be better suited to answer your question.

i'm still in high school but i currently have about 30 credit hours from AP testing (maybe 50 once i finished high school). I was just wondering b/c on one of my school's app it asked if i was interested in a dual degree

It can be done in 4 years or it can take as long as like 6 or 7... it depends on how many of the required classes overlap. If the two majors are in the same college they will likely have the same gen ed requirements. If they are not, then some colleges make you complete the requirements for both colleges to get the degree. Like unpolloloco, I would advise you to contact an admissions or academic counselor to get more info because they'll know the specifics about the particular college.

really depends. make sure you have ap credits that can be substituted for general freshman requirements for your major or college. i know a lot of people come in with a lot of ap credits but maybe only a fraction of those are used because what they may find out that they will never have to take the courses where they got the ap credits because those courses arent required.

for double majoring, it really depends on what school are you in the college. its generally easier to double major if the two majors are offered in the same school it would be easier to get two degrees rather than doing two majors from two different schools--like business and engineering because there are too many requirements and not many can cross over.
