I just found out I have to submit two SAT subject tests to the college I want to get into. Because I am on short notice, I was wondering what subject tests are the easiest to do well on with the least time studying. Classes I have taken so far: math (AP stats, pre-calc), chemistry, honors English, AP economics, etc.

I consider myself particularly well in English and grammar -- so if there is a subject test that focuses on that, it would be my first choice.

Well, there is the Lit tests, which is supposed to be the hardest test, but it basically looks like critical reading passages to me. Test only in subjects you are strong in. You should be able to handle mathII for it is only trig/precalc and 12 percent of the people get a perfect score.

language (only if you are fluent or very good at it), IIC , Lit

I wouldn't say Lit is the easiest by a long shot, unless you are the English type (i.e. 700+ Critical Reading on the SAT, and 5's on the AP).
That being said, no subject test is easiest. Each one depends on your strength and involve a good amount of preparation.

Language is very hard. Well, for me it was. And I'm supposed to be good in it. Oh well, I'm not going to waste my money and retake the test when I don't have to. But yeah, just go with your strengths.
