two math word problems I need help with

Samantha is packing for a trip. Of the towels in the closet, 6 are brown. She will randomly pick one of the towels to pack. If the probability is 2/5 that the towel she will pick is brown, how many towels are in the closet?

In the 30-day month of April, for every three days it rained, there were two days it did not rain. The number of days in April on which it rained was how much greater than the number of days on which it did not rain?

thanks

so, for every 5 towels, there are 2 brown ones. There are 6 brown towels, so there should be 15 towels total. (6/2 = 3, 3 X 5 = 15)

30/5 = 6. 6x3 - 6x2 = 6 days
